Kim is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. She is an advocate for the buyer from start to finish. Kim has helped our family for the last 5 years. She helped us find rentals, my brother buy his house, my parents, their house, and finally our home purchase. She looked out for our needs the whole time. During the negotiation process, she did her research and give us candid feedback. She crossed all areas of inspection and made sure all the nooks and crannies were covered. We had an inspection during the contract and before closing to make sure all work was done. Her referrals have been great. I can not speak more highly of Kim.
