Meet Kim
Kim moved to Charleston over 16 years ago from the Northeast and quickly fell in love with the rich history, charm, and southern gentleness of the Holy City. She knew the moment she and her family arrived that this was home. She has been selling real estate full-time for 14 years and has consistently been in the top 2% of agents in Charleston. Kim resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Jeff, and two children, currently at James Madison University and Clemson University.
What Kim does in her spare time includes interior and exterior design. Her downtime still includes learning all she can about the latest home trends and how best to serve her clients. Her network of top contractors, builders, designers, and vendors provides resources for her clients for new builds or renovations. Nothing brings her more joy than assisting her clients from beginning to end with a new purchase, preparing a home for the market, or helping them through the renovation process.
